On an expedition around an ancient rainforest, Scooby-Doo and the gang come across mysterious dinosaur footprints. Curious and a little scared, they decide to investigate the origin of these intriguing marks. While Scooby and Shaggy try to find a snack, Fred, Daphne and Velma follow clues that lead them to a hidden cave. Inside, they discover a friendly dinosaur who was just trying to protect its eggs from a disguised villain who wanted to capture them. Together, the mystery gang and the dinosaur form an alliance to unmask the real culprit and ensure the safety of the prehistoric forest.
