On Halloween, an adorable kawaii ghost named Kiki decides to leave her haunted house to make new friends. With her big bright eyes and beaming smile, Kiki floats happily through the streets, spreading joy and sweetness instead of fear. He encounters children in costume who, instead of being frightened, are enchanted by his friendly presence. Together, they create jack-o'-lanterns, dance, and tell Halloween stories under the moonlight. Kiki discovers that being a ghost doesn't mean being scary, but rather bringing happiness and fun to everyone around her.
