At the bottom of the ocean, a magical garbage truck floats among colorful corals and curious fish. It is piloted by a talking crab named Crabby, whose mission is to keep the sea clean and healthy. While collecting waste left by humans, Crabby is helped by his marine friends, such as the mermaid Lúcia and the dolphin Dudu, who teach the fish about the importance of conservation.
