SpongeBob and Sandy were preparing for a big karate competition under the sea. In their fighting gear, they took up position in a makeshift dojo in Bikini Bottom. Sandy the fighting squirrel taught SpongeBob some special techniques as he tried to imitate her moves with enthusiasm. "Come on, Bob! Show your strength!", exclaimed Sandy, giving a powerful blow to the air. SpongeBob, determined, concentrated and started to perform the movements, but ended up getting tangled up in his own sponge. Laughing at the situation, the two friends realized that, above all, what mattered was having fun together, regardless of the outcome of the competition.
